Return of Faulty Items under Warranty

In the unlikely event that you need to return goods due to a fault with our products, please contact your 1000 GIG Account Manager directly for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Once an item has been returned, 1000 GIG will either send a replacement, refund or issue credit as agreed.  Once the item has been returned, 1000 GIG will send a replacement or issue a credit. Replacement products may be either new or equivalent, be identical or equivalent in specification, and conform to the conditions of the Warranty that apply to a particular product.

Items should be returned in their original condition with any accompanying manuals, packaging, software or accessories enclosed. A return may be invalidated if an item is found not to be faulty as described, or where an item has been tampered with or is physically damaged.
